Releasing Icinga Web Jira Integration v1.3.4

This release ensures the compatibility with PHP 8.3 and fixes the following issues.

• Fixes issue with adding fields to templates (#127)
• Migrate monitoring object links to Icinga DB object links, if monitoring module is unavailable (#128)
• Improved error message if the object is not found in the backend (#131)
