Did You Know?

In the spirit of this release, let me mention one small feature introduced since Icinga Web Jira Integration v1.3.0.

When creating a new Jira Issue for a monitored object in Web UI. If you choose a template to include additional Jira fields to your issue template, all the custom fields and their corresponding values would be listed in the form. This lets you know if a correct template has been chosen.

To demonstrate this, I have created a template my-workflow which contains Due Date, Hostgroup and disks fields. When this template is used while creating a new Jira issue, the corresponding fields would be listed in the form as shown in the figure below.

Stay Tuned

We are also releasing Icinga Web Graphite Integration v1.2.3 today.

To wrap it all up. The newer versions of both Icinga Web Jira Integration and Icinga Web Graphite Integration provides PHP 8.2 support. This is a preparation for PHP 8.2 support in Icinga Web. So stay tuned for the new Icinga Web release.
