Today we are releasing the 2.11.7 and 2.12.2 bugfix releases. In both of these, a number of issues regarding the reliability of the cluster functionality are addressed.

- Prevent other clients from being disconnected when replaying the cluster log takes very long #8496 (2.11.7: #8475)
- Avoid duplicate connections between endpoints #8465 (2.11.7: #8399)
- Ignore incoming config object updates for unknown zones #8461 (2.11.7: #8459)
- Check timestamps before removing files in config sync #8495 (2.11.7: #8486)
