As we bid farewell to another incredible year, it’s time to take a stroll down memory lane and revisit the significant moments that made 2023 truly special for Icinga.
Thriving in Community Connections:
We started the event year with our visit to the Config Management Camp in February and starting our planning of the Icinga Camps.
Next up was our Feedback Week, where you shared your perspectives with us, and we celebrated this year’s heroes from our community. It ended with our Community Call, which I’m looking forward to doing again next year!
In May we had our first Icinga Camp this year in Berlin where we had a blast, meeting so many of you from the community and discussing all things Icinga! And then we followed it up with the Icinga Camp Milan – another amazing get together.
We also joined the OSMC that happens in Nuremberg with our first Usability Tests, which we now want to do with you more frequently! This is why we introduced a new initiative – the Icinga Insiders. We invited you to join this community, contributing your unique perspectives to help us enhance and refine Icinga.
The last event we went to was a Meetup in Zürich, to connect with our fantastic community once more. If you also want to organise your own meetup, let us know and we will see how we can help you make it happen!
Looking Ahead to 2024:
We capped off the year with an exciting announcement – Icinga Summit 2024 is on the horizon! We’re eager to welcome you to this upcoming event, where your active participation will contribute to the continued success of the Icinga community.
Spotlight on Success Stories:
We proudly present the results of our collaborations with organisations like the Global Health Institute Swiss TPH, NTE, Leibniz Supercomputing Centre, Sun Chemical, and Müller who trust Icinga for robust monitoring solutions. They shared their success stories with us, so we can give you some perspectives on how others deal with their monitoring challenges.
