Icinga 2 bug fix release 2.2.4

We have just released version 2.2.4. This release fixes a number of bugs:
* Bug #6943: Configured recurring downtimes not applied on saturdays
* Bug #7660: livestatus / nsca / etc submits are ignored during reload
