Last week I took the opportunity to participate in the first OpenTechSummit in Germany. The team wanted to bring together a lot of interesting projects around, Open Software, Tech, Hardware, graphics and design. A little over 700 people showed up for the event.
The summit was organized a bit like a bar camp, lots of short, but interesting talks, and a nice open area are where sponsors and projects could present their business.
There are audio recordings of most of the talks, made by the guys from VoiceRepublic. So if you are interested in something, check out the listings for OpenTechSummit. My talk “Why favor Icinga over Nagios” is also available there.
A lot more pictures are available on the Flickr stream of OpenTechSummit.
Thanks to the organization team for offering a nice location and a very interesting program!
