What an amazing two days we’ve had! The Icinga Summit 2024 in the heart of Berlin was a great success, and we are deeply thankful to everyone who contributed to making it happen.
From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere was vibrant. The Kulturbrauerei Palais, with its unique blend of historical charm and modern facilities, provided the perfect backdrop for the premiere of our Summit that had something for everyone. Whether you were attending for the insightful talks, the hands-on workshops, or simply to connect with fellow Icinga enthusiasts, the venue offered a welcoming and inspiring space.
The program highlights were numerous and varied. We kicked off on the first day with keynote presentations on the State of Icinga and Icinga for Kubernetes and went on to inspiring use-cases from our community, clients and partners. In the morning, attendees had the opportunity to take the Icinga certification exam, followed by in-depth technical sessions and practical hands-on workshops on various tools and techniques in the afternoon. The day concluded with a relaxed get-together of all participants with delicious food on the rooftop of the Palais wrapped up the experience.
One of the standout features of the Summit was the dedicated community space. It was heartening to see so many friendly discussions and exchanges of ideas taking place. Whether you were a seasoned developer or a new user, there was always someone ready to share their insights and experiences. This spirit of collaboration and learning is what makes the Icinga community so special.
