Upgrading Icinga Dependency Views

Specific version upgrades are described below. Please note that version upgrades are incremental. If you are upgrading across multiple versions, make sure to follow the steps for each of them.

No manual steps are required.

Changelog

  • Restricted users, who are not allowed to view an object’s source, can now successfully access the dependency map
  • Cluster outlines have no gaps and show the correct states
  • Magnifying a single search result on the dependency map is now kept in focus until either:
  • Another result is magnified
  • The search results change
  • All results are fitted in the map, using the new button in the top right corner

  • The module now requires Icinga DB Web v1.2.2 or higher
  • The module is not fully loaded in case Icinga DB Web is not enabled
  • Icinga DB Web’s root problem widget does not show duplicated breadcrumbs
  • Host details do not show incorrect summary counts in the dependency widget
  • Refreshing the dependency map while a detail view is open in the second column does not reset the map’s zoom
  • Redundancy-groups that are unbound due to restrictions are not visible on the dependency map
  • The dependency map is now able to invalidate itself on the first load
